August 12, 2011 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 015-11 TO : All Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Issuance of Administrative Order No. 17 Regarding the Use of the Procurement Service and the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of Administrative Order No. 17, directing the use of the Procurement Service and the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System in procurement activities, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184, to improve the operation of the Procurement Service and ensure transparency and accountability in government transactions. ATaDHC The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents of this Circular to Bureau staff and other concerned offices under their supervision.
