May 3, 2016 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 014-16 TO : All BLGF Regional Directors and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Extension of Releasing Period of the Results of the DOF-CSC Basic Competency on Local Treasury (BCLTE) and Ethics-Oriented and Personality Test (EOPT) Further to Memorandum Circular No. 13-2016 dated 21 March 2016, relative to the release of results of the DOF-CSC BCLTE and EOPT , and in view of the forthcoming 2016 national and local elections, the release of sealed envelopes containing the official results of BCLTE and/or EOPT is hereby extended until May 25, 2016 . Please be advised that the accomplished Regional List of Examinees and Acknowledgement Receipt, together with the unclaimed sealed envelopes, shall be returned to DOF, through BLGF CO, within five (5) days after the extension date.
