Deadlines for Uploading of Q4 FY2019 and Q1 FY2020 Reports of LGUs in the LIFT and the ENRDMT Systems

May 20, 2020 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 011-20 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors and Employees; All Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Assessors; and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Deadlines for Uploading of Q4 FY2019 and Q1 FY2020 Reports of LGUs in the LIFT and the ENRDMT Systems In accordance with the reporting mandates for all provinces, cities and municipalities under existing policies 1 and in order to further evaluate the fiscal capacities of local government units (LGUs), relative to the COVID-19 crisis, the deadlines for the uploading of reports in the LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) and the Environment and Natural Resources Data Management Tool (ENRDMT) Systems for specific periods covered shall be as follows: 15 June 2020 for Q4 FY2019 and 30 June 2020 for Q1 FY2020 . The prescribed rules on account reconciliation, reporting standards, and accountability mechanisms under LIFT and ENRDMT policies shall be observed. Compliance herewith shall not hinder the operations of concerned offices in undertaking COVID-19 response activities, and the community quarantine directives issued by proper authorities shall be strictly followed. CAIHTE This supersedes Memorandum Circular No. 006.2020 dated 17 March 2020 2 of this Bureau regarding the matter and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. All BLGF Central and Regional Directors are hereby instructed to immediately and widely disseminate this Circular and provide the necessary technical assistance to the LGUs to ensure compliance herewith by all concerned.
