March 5, 2014 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 010-14 TO : All Central and Regional Directors of This Bureau and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Filing/Submission of Hard Copy of the Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) Covering Employees Who are Qualified for Substituted Filing, Thereby Amending Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 2-98, as Last Amended by RR No. 010-08 For the information and compliance of all concerned, attached is a copy of the Revenue Regulations No. 11-2013 of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) dated May 20, 2013 regarding the above-mentioned subject. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above Memorandum and coordinate with others concerned. (SGD.) SALVADOR M.
