List of New Accredited Private Security Printers for the Printing of Specialized/Customized Accountable Forms for the Local Government Units (LGUs)

June 10, 2011 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 010-11 TO : All Regional Directors for Local Government Finance; Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurer; and Others Concerned SUBJECT : List of New Accredited Private Security Printers for the Printing of Specialized/Customized Accountable Forms for the Local Government Units (LGUs) Pursuant to Local Finance Circular No. 1-09 dated January 29, 2009, authorizing the Bureau of Local Government Finance to oversee and process the pre-qualification of private security printers for the printing of specialized/customized accountable forms required by the Local Government Units (LGUs), a new list of duly accredited private security printers is hereby provided. The qualifications of these private security printers have undergone strict scrutiny to ensure that LGUs shall be dealing only with legitimate service providers, and thus prevent the proliferation of fake accountable forms. ECSaAc For the information of all concerned, the following are duly accredited and qualified private security printers, having satisfactorily complied with the eligibility requirements to wit: Printer's Business Name Business Address 1. Ready Forms Incorporated # 37 Balagtas cor. Apitong Streets, Marikina Heights, Marikina City TCaADS 4. Trojan Computer Forms # 488 A. Mabini St., Manggahan, Manufacturing Corporation Pasig City Unless the accreditation is revoked, the eligibility of the above private security printers shall be valid for a period of two years subject, however, to submission of updated certified true photocopy of their annual Mayor's permit/Business license. Said eligibility is likewise renewable upon satisfactory evaluation of performance by the BLGF Pre-qualification Committee. The accreditation of private security printers by this Bureau shall be a continuing process, thus additional lists of accredited printers will be provided now and then. ACTESI The Regional Directors and Provincial Treasurers are hereby instructed to disseminate the contents of this Circular to the City and Municipal Treasurers within their respective jurisdictions.
