Grace Period for the Submission of the 1st Quarter FY 2018 Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) Report

April 19, 2018 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 008-18 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors; All Local Treasurers and Assistant Local Treasurers; and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Grace Period for the Submission of the 1st Quarter FY 2018 Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) Report In the exigency of service and in view of the ongoing system maintenance procedures for the full transition from eSRE version 2.4 to eSRE version 3 under the LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) System, a grace period of thirty (30) days from the prescribed deadline of submission of the 1st Quarter FY 2018 eSRE Report is hereby authorized. As such, the deadline for the submission of the 1st Quarter FY 2018 eSRE Report shall be on 21 May 2018 , 1 instead of 20 April 2018. 2 ETHIDa All BLGF Regional Directors are hereby instructed to widely and immediately disseminate this Memorandum Circular to all concerned.
