July 15, 2010 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 008-10 TO : All BLGF Regional Directors; Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Submission of CY 2009 4th Quarter Statement of Receipts and Expenditures Report Submission In relation to the thrust of the new administration and the initiatives being taken by the Department of Finance to consolidate the national and local financial position, there is an urgent need for BLGF to gather and consolidate the financial report of all LGUs. One of the major concerns of these initiatives is on the financial performance of Local Government Units (LGUs). In line with this, all Local Treasurers are directed to submit their respective Statement of Receipts and Expenditures for the 4th Quarter of CY 2009 in Excel format generated by the eSRE LGU Report Generator. The said report must be submitted via email on or before July 26, 2010 to [emailprotected]. copy furnished the respective provincial and regional offices. Submission of the SRE reports including the 4th Quarter of CY2009 thru the SRE Web System shall still be undertaken in accordance to the procedures and schedule provided in the BLGF Memorandum Circular No. 02-2010. Administrative disciplinary action for failure of the treasurer to submit the eSRE reports on time and/or incorrect submission of incorrect and misleading reports as embodied in the abovementioned circular shall still be strictly imposed.
