Extension of Deadline for Submission of Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) for FY 2014 — All Quarters and FY 2015 — First Quarter

April 17, 2015 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 007-15 TO : All Officials and Personnel, Regional Directors of Bureau of Local Government Finance, Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Extension of Deadline for Submission of Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) for FY 2014 All Quarters and FY 2015 First Quarter Pursuant to Department Order No. 046-2015 dated 15 April 2015, the deadline for submission of eSRE Reports for FY 2014 all quarters and FY 2015 first quarter by all local treasurers is hereby extended until 31 May 2015. Related to this, the imposition of sanctions for failure to submit reports on time, pursuant to Department Order No. 34-2014, is temporarily suspended during the aforementioned date only. While the deadline of submission is on the aforesaid date, all local treasurers are encouraged to submit the eSRE reports as soon as possible to give time for the review process.
