Santiago, Central Administration Office and Head, PCDC Secretariat, Department of Finance regarding the invitation of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to nominate a candidate for the above-mentioned awards. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above Memorandum and disseminate the contents thereof to Bureau Staff and others concerned. Santiago SUBJECT: Call for Nominations to 2014 Search for Outstanding Public Officials and Employees/September 2014 This is to inform that this Department has been invited by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to nominate a candidate for the above-mentioned award. IHaSED The 2014 Search for Outstanding Public Officials and Employees has commenced thru CSC Memorandum Circular No. 25 dated November 2013. Conducted under the auspices of the Honor Awards Program (HAP), the annual nationwide search is the highest and the most coveted recognition given by the government to individuals and/or group of individuals who have excelled or shown utmost dedication and commitment in public service. The President of the Republic of the Philippines will bestow the following conferment of the awards, which will highlight the annual celebration of the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary in September 2014: 1. Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award for outstanding work performance 2. Civil Service Commission Pagasa Award for outstanding work performance 3. Outstanding Public Official and Employees or Dangal ng Bayan Award for exemplary conduct and ethical behavior The recipients of your agency's annual Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Awards may be considered as your agency nominee to any of the three award categories of the Search.
