March 4, 2011 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 004-11 TO : All BLGF Regional Directors; All Provincial, City, and Municipal Assessors and Assistant Assessors; and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : RESA Training Certification The deadline for the application of 120 hours of training on real property valuation/appraisal, pursuant to Sec. 20c of the Real Estate Service Act (RESA), is fast approaching. As a result, the number of applicants has dramatically increased. In order to attain efficient processing of applications, notice is hereby given to all concerned that: CETIDH 1. Application for the certificate of training is strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. 2. For follow-ups, applicants are requested to check their respective application progress updates through the official BLGF website (www.blgf.gov.ph) or by telephone at 02 496 2866 only. 3. The following is a list of application status indicated in the website: a. IN PROCESS refers to processing of complete applications documents only. b. PENDING refers to an application with incomplete/deficient documentary requirements. Such deficiency shall be posted in the BLGF website. c. COMPLETE refers to an application with approved and signed Certificate of Training which is ready for pick-up. d. SPECIFIED NO. OF HOURS indicates an application's total number of training hours upon evaluation and verification by the BLGF. 4. The BLGF Central Office shall from time to time notify applicants who have: a. Incomplete application requirements; b. Failed to accumulate at least 120 hours of training; and c. Approved and signed Certificate of Training. 5. Applicants who have failed to complete the required 120 training hours may continuously re-apply to complete the requirement. THEDCA 6. The Certificate of Training may be claimed personally or through a duly authorized representative at the BLGF Central Office or the concerned BLGF Regional Office.
