Requiring All Officials and Employees of the Department of Finance and its Attached Agencies and Instrumentalities to Submit an Additional Original Copy of Their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth

March 8, 2011 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 002-11 TO : All BLGF Officials and Employees, Regional Directors for Local Government Finance, Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Requiring All Officials and Employees of the Department of Finance and its Attached Agencies and Instrumentalities to Submit an Additional Original Copy of Their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of Department Order No. 12-2011 of the Department of Finance (DOF) dated February 25, 2011, requiring all officials and employees of the DOF and its attached agencies to submit an additional original copy of their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) to the head of their office within ninety (90) days from the date required by law for the filing of SALNs. Said Department Order further directs all heads of offices to forward the copy of the SALNs of their respective personnel to the Undersecretary for Revenue Operations and Legal Affairs, concurrently OIC-RIPS, together with the active list of employees. Also, the head of office shall submit a list of employees in alphabetical order who failed to file their SALNs. This Department Order shall take effect immediately. The Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to disseminate this issuance to all Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers within their respective regional jurisdiction, who in turn, are likewise hereby directed to provide a copy for their respective Provincial Governors, City and Municipal Mayors and others concerned.
