July 8, 1994 BIR RULING [UN-201-94] 1st Indorsement Respectfully referred to the Chief, Accounting Division, the herein request of the Department of Foreign Affairs for arrangements as to the payment of documentary stamp tax of a total of US$137.00, relative to the request of our Commissioner for duly authenticated copies of Affidavit of Heirship, Warranty Deed, Trust Agreement and Special Warranty Deed on the properties of the late GREGORIO B. LICAROS located in Texas, U.S.A., for your appropriate action. It is requested that the Consul General in New York, U.S.A. be duly informed of whatever arrangements may be made between your Office and the Department of Finance for the payment of US$137.00 certification and authentication fees to enable them to effect remittance to the Harris County Clerk for the requested documents. cdtech ALICIA P.
