May 9, 1995 BIR RULING [UN-181-95] MEMORANDUM TO The Revenue District Officer Revenue District No. 54 Trece Martires City Referred herewith are the entire papers relative to the application for Authority To Release Imported Goods (ATRIG) by Messrs. Robert G. Rankin, Julian G. Fajardo and Angel Amoren, for processing and appropriate action in accordance with the guidelines provided under the Memorandum of the Acting Commissioner Victor A. Deoferio, Jr. dated May 18, 1994. cd He is hereby informed that these importations do not fall under the jurisdiction of the "One-Stop-Processing-Center" because these are not covered by the No-Dollar Importation Program. Accordingly, it is not affected by Revenue Special Order No. 126-95 dated April 20, 1995 designing the BIR representatives to the "One-Stop-Processing-Center" and prescribing their responsibilities.
