Mabini St., Ermita, Manila and Lourdes Ty of Jiao Bldg., #2 Timog St., Quezon City are registered taxpayers and the TAN/TIN assigned to them; and 2. To whom TAN L-5614-34 was issued in connection with an investigation being conducted by your office relative to a case of Landgrabbing thru Falsification of Public Documents filed by Mr. Edgardo Quilao against Gervacio Lim and several others involving five (5) hectares of land. In reply, please be informed that your request is hereby granted inasmuch as the same does not violate Section 269 of the Tax Code, as amended.
