September 7, 1993 BIR RULING [UN-006-94] Tropical Novelties & Shellcrafts, Inc. 3068 Tabunoc, Talisay, Cebu Attention: Mr . Ananias A . Bacalso Pres . & Gen . Manager Gentlemen : This refers to your certification dated September 2, 1993 authorizing Mr. Teofanes Paradero to claim the original copies of Tax Credit Certificate No. 015497, Series of 1992 with a Balance of P310,610.59 and Tax Credit Certificate No. 012165, Series of 1981 with a Balance of P86,636.49, both issued in favor of Tropical Novelties & Shellcrafts, Inc. cd Please be informed that your request is hereby granted inasmuch as the same does not violate Section 269 of the Tax Code, as amended. This will, therefore, serve as an authority for the Officer-in-Charge, Computer & Information Services System to return to Mr. Teofanes Paradero the original copies of Tax Credit Certificate Nos. 015497 and 012165, upon presentation of his identification card/paper.
