Cruz Church Site Manila S i r : In answer to your letter of the 21st ultimo, requesting that the proceeds derived from the basketball exhibition game sponsored by the Metropolitan Cathedral Reconstruction Drive, Sub-Committee on Non-Sectarian Schools, that Board, on October 16, 1958 be exempted from the amusement tax prescribed in Section 260 of the National Internal Revenue Code, I have the honor to inform you that, for lack of legal basis, said request cannot be granted. cdtech Very truly yours, (SGD.)
