October 21, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 647-58 Leido, Andrada, Perez & Associates Soriano Bldg., Manila Gentlemen : Reference is made to your letter of October 14, 1958, requesting information as to whether or not the ruling of this Office dated October 31, 1952, which reads as follows: "One who engages in business as travel agent for travellers in and out of the Philippines for the purpose of securing visas, clearances, passports and other necessary papers are considered business agents". is still in force, I have the honor to inform you in the affirmative.
