Rosario, Manila Attention : Solomon Santos Gentlemen : In reply to your letter of October 21, 1959, I have the honor to inform you that the rosaries imported by you, which as stated, "are made wholly of glass beads with ordinary wire linking the beads together", are subject only to 7% advance sales tax, the same to be based on the landed cost thereof plus 25% mark-up.
