December 29, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 633-59 The Manila Gas Corporation 1536 Otis, Manila Gentlemen : In answer to your letter dated December 14, 1959 wherein you requested for an extension of fifteen (15) days from January 5, 1960 within which to pay the franchise tax due from your corporation, without surcharge, please be informed that for the reason stated in your letter and in accordance with the second paragraph of section 259 of the Tax Code, your said request is hereby granted.
