December 8, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 614-59 My dear Congressman Roces, With reference to your request to furnish you with the records bearing on actual cases (1958-59) arising from apprehension made by this Bureau on attempts to pass local tobacco for Virginia Tobacco, I regret to inform you that I cannot grant your request in view of the prohibition provided for by section 347 of the Tax Code. cdtech Very truly yours, (SGD.)
