October 14, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 563-58 The Chairman Metropolitan Cathedral Board 1000 General Solano Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated October 10, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that the exhibition of the Bayanihan Troupe is considered a musical program within the purview of Republic Act No. 722. your presentation thereof at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum on October 25, 1958 is, therefore, exempt from tax, pursuant to the aforesaid Act.
