Guillermo Assistant Cashier Commercial Bank & Trust Company Manila, Philippines S i r : In reply to your letter dated October 23, 1959, I have the honor to inform you that this Office cannot furnish you with copies of the BIR rulings you are requesting in view of the prohibition provided by section 347 of the Tax Code.
