October 21, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 556-59 Filipinas Compania de Seguros Filipinas Building, 21 Plaza Moraga M a n i l a Gentlemen : In reply to your query, I have the honor to inform you that if the cashier's copy of the premium receipt is the duplicate of the original premium receipt issued by the Company, the documentary stamps may be affixed thereto provided that proper notation is made on the original document to which they refer. cd Very truly yours, (SGD.)
