October 1, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 549-58 The University of the Philippines Quezon City Attention : Mr . A . Perez Chief Accountant Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated December 5, 1957, I have the honor to inform you that, if the money payment you are to make the G.E.
