September 26, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 536-58 American Hospital 201 Aduana St. Manila Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated September 24, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that the X-ray accessory you are importing is subject to 7% compensating tax only, the same to be based on the landed cost thereof without mark-up.
