September 23, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 533-58 The Regional Director B.I.R. Regional Office No. 6 Naga City S i r : In connection with your letter dated September 3, 1958, requesting confirmation of your proposed ruling to the Women's Club, University of Nueva Caceres, exempting the latter's grand combo presentation from the amusement tax, you are informed that the presentation is considered a musical program within the purview of Republic Act No. 722.
