Instruction to Cause Copies of the Requested Reports

December 5, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 523-60 MEMORANDUM FOR: The Revenue Operations Executive (Assessment) Relative to the request contained in the attached letter dated November 16, 1960 of the Executive Director, Joint Legislative-Executive Tax Commission, you are hereby instructed to cause copies of the requested reports which are now with you to be sent to said Office, it appearing that the request is authorized under section 3 of Republic Act No. 2211, the pertinent portions of which are quoted below: cdt "For carrying out the purposes mentioned in the preceding section, the Tax Commission shall be authorized: "(a) To secure from any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the Government, such assistance as any be needed, such as . . . the production of records. . .; "(b) . . .
