BOX 152 Bacolod City S i r : In reply to your letter dated August 14, 1958, I regret to have to inform you that the monthly compensation given to you by the Bacolod-Murcia Milling Company for rendering spiritual ministrations to its workers is not exempt from income tax, pursuant to Section 40 of Revenue Regulations No. 2.
