October 27, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 516-59 The Director National Bureau of Investigation M a n i l a S i r : With reference to your letter of even date, I regret to inform you that this Office cannot furnish you with certified true copy of the Tax Census statement of Mr. Theodore Lewin for the year 1958 in view of the prohibition provided by section 6 of Republic Act No. 2070, as amended.
