October 27, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 515-59 Sor Alicia Alcantara La Concordia College M a n i l a S i s t e r : In reply to your letter of even date requesting exemption from payment of the professional license tax, I have the honor to inform you that inasmuch as you are devoting your entire professional service as dentist to the La Concordia College, a charitable institution, your request is hereby granted.
