September 19, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 508-58 2nd Indorsement Respectfully returned to the Honorable, the Secretary of Finance, Manila. The Bayanihan Group is a musical program within the purview of Republic Act No. 722. The presentation thereof by the Rotary Club and the Young Ladies Association of Charity, Naga City is, therefore, exempt from the amusement tax, pursuant to said Act. cdta (SGD.) MELECIO R.
