Plaza Cervantes, Manila S i r : With reference to your letter dated August 4, 1959, addressed to the Commissioner of Customs, I have the honor to inform you that cold rolled sheets and zinc ingots imported by you for use in your manufacture of G.I. sheets are subject to the 7% advance sales tax.
