September 11, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 490-58 Rotary Club of Naga Naga City Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated September 8, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that the Bayanihan Troupe is considered a musical program within the purview of Republic Act No. 722. Such being the case, the presentation of said Troupe undertaken jointly by that club, the YLAC and the Student Catholic Action during the Peafrancia Fiesta (September 20 and 21) is exempt from the amusement tax in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Act.
