November 7, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 476-60 Marsman & Company, Inc. P. O. Box 297 M a n i l a Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated October 21, 1960. I have the honor to inform you that the design of the documentary stamp for the Model 800 Series Puney Bowes machine, a copy of which is attached to your letter, is hereby approved. It is noted that the date of printing appears on the design of the documentary stamp submitted by you unlike in some cases where the date is left blank. The date of printing should always appear on these documentary stamps inasmuch as they are considered cancelled on the date they are printed. cdll Very truly yours, MELECIO R.
