Hausman & Co. 1828 Taft Avenue Manila Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated August 4, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that ILG Electric ventilating fans, propeller type, self-cooled motor, are subject to only 7% sales tax, it appearing from the catalogue submitted by you that they are specially adopted for industrial use, pursuant to Section 185(i) of the Tax Code.
