October 19, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 451-60 2nd Indorsement Returned to the Chief, Investigation Division, B.I.R., Manila, with the information that the sale by Lt. Ray A. Walters of a two-door sedan (Volkswagon, Model 1960 Engine No. 3222393 SPL Plate No. 51-3361) to Lt. Charles B. Hawley, both of the U.S. Navy, is not subject to the compensating tax.
