August 18, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 442-58 Mr. Celestino de Ynchausti Certified Public Accountant 2498 Rosa Maio, Singalong Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated August 12, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that religious corporations, priests and brothers of such corporations are required to accomplish the sworn statement provided for by Republic Act No. 2070, otherwise known as "An Act to Provide for National Tax Census".
