Escolta, Manila S i r : In answer to your letter dated June 4, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that for the leasing of, and collection of rents, on real properties of others for compensation, you are considered a real estate broker, and, as such, you are subject to the real estate broker's fixed and percentage taxes imposed in sections 182(A-3-s) and 195 of the Tax Code. cdll Very truly yours, (SGD.)
