August 11, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 433-58 Mr. Pedro V. Javier 510 Ongpin Street, Manila In reply to your letter dated July 21, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that inasmuch as the declaration sheet attached to your letter which is marked "Exhibit B" is filed pursuant to the provisions of existing ordinances of the City of Manila for the purpose of giving information for the use of the office in which the same is filed, it is exempt from the documentary stamp tax prescribed in Section 225 of the National Internal Revenue Code.
