Lihaylihay 24-A Don Gregorio Street Don Antonio Heights Subdivision Holy Spirit, Commonwealth Avenue Quezon City Sir : This refers to your Affidavit of Denunciation dated March 19, 2012 "requesting the incumbent Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Atty. Kim S. Jacinto-Henares, to perform her legal mandate and official duty to effect the immediate collection of the aforesaid amount of tax liabilities from BSP and then deliver to me the corresponding 25% informer's reward thereof equivalent to P590,233,076.06 after the actual recovery because I am the informer of the tax irregularities of BSP covered by Confidential Information No. 14-98, 110-2006 and supplemental denunciation letters." In reply, we sustain our earlier view in BIR Ruling Nos. 099-2010, 1 085-2010 2 and 075-2010 3 that your claim for payment of the alleged informer's reward relative to the internal revenue tax case of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) for taxable years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 is denied for lack of factual and legal basis. Please be informed that insofar as this Office is concerned, this denial is final. This Office will no longer entertain any further motion/request for reconsideration or other pleadings of similar import.
