August 18, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 418-59 Mr. Felipe B. Ollada 505 China Bank Bldg. M a n i l a S i r : In reply to your letter of the 17th instant, I have the honor to inform you that all correspondence and cables that have direct bearing upon any particular account of the taxpayer and will help internal revenue examiners in arriving at the correct tax liability of the taxpayer should be produced and presented by the latter if desired by said examiners. cdt Very truly yours, (SGD.)
