September 13, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 402-60 The 2nd Assistant General Manager Government Service Insurance System M a n i l a S i r : In answer to your letter requesting this Office to authorize the cashier of that Office to receive payments of income tax from the personnel of the System, please be informed that only employees of this bureau can be deputized to perform special duties connected with the administration of Internal revenue laws.
