July 25, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 395-58 The Manager The Philippine National Red Cross Manila S i r : With reference to your letter dated July 21, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that the Philippine National Red Cross, being a government agency which is not engaged in business, is not required to file the sworn statement provided for by Republic Act No. 2070. Its employees must, however, file the sworn statement required by the law. Husband and wife may file only one consolidated statement which shall be subscribed by both of them.
