Certified Public Accountants 107 13th Street, Port Area M a n i l a Gentlemen : With reference to your letter dated July 31, 1959, I have the honor to inform you as follows: Corporations whose fiscal periods ended last June 30, 1959 are subject to the old rates of income tax (20%-28%) on income earned during such fiscal period. Such corporations are, however, subject to all other provisions of the amendatory law (Republic Act No. 2343), such as the date of filing of returns and payment of the tax. Very truly yours, (SGD.)
