July 31, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 384-59 The Regional Director BIR Regional District No. 7 Cebu City S i r : In connection with the blue seal cigarettes confiscated from Miss Pacita Mitra, that city, you are informed that, notwithstanding payment of the specific tax due thereon, the same cannot be returned to said person.
