July 18, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 382-58 The Chairman Philippine Eye Bank P. O. Box 290 Manila S i r : In answer to your letter of the 9th instant, requesting exemption from the amusement tax on the proceeds to be derived by the Philippine Eye Bank on the play, "La Herida Luminosa", which it contemplates to hold on July 26 and 27 and August 2 and 3, 1958 at the Girl Scouts Auditorium, Padre Faura, Manila, in connection with its fund campaign, I have the honor to inform you that, pursuant to the exempting provisions of Republic Act No. 722, your said request is hereby granted.
