August 18, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 380-59 Miss Salome Francisco 239 Acacia Street San Miguel, Manila M a d a m : With reference to your letter dated August 14, 1959, I have the honor to inform you that the alleged delinquency accounts in the name of Mr. Antonio Francisco (90-Estate-9086-43 and 90-Inheritance-9086-43) are according to our records are already paid. As regards the delinquency account of P45.00 (90-1-25815-53/52), we agree with you that the right of the Government to collect the same had already prescribed.
