November 17, 1987 BIR RULING NO. 366-87 306-87 366-87 Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated October 30, 1987, I have the honor to inform you that the proceeds to be derived by The Society of the Divine Word in connection with the play entitled Larawang-Diwa scheduled for November 27, 28 and 29 at the Meralco Theater, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig, Metro Manila which amounts shall be applied for the support of your more than 100 Filipino missionaries working in twenty-two countries, are not subject to income and business taxes. cdta Very truly yours, (SGD.)
