S i r : With reference to your letter dated May 5, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that a person engaged exclusively in the sale at retail of Naric rice and/or locally purchased rice and other commodities is subject only to the graduated fixed annual tax prescribed by Section 182 of the Tax Code.
