July 21, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 352-59 MEMORANDUM FOR: The Cashier B.I.R., Manila In connection with the request of OESCO, INC. for the unlocking of Hasler Francing Machine Model P88, Serial No. 14892 in order that necessary repairs can be made thereon, you are hereby authorized to unlock the said machine under the following conditions: 1. That the said meter machine shall be unlocked and the readings recorded in the record card in the presence of the Auditor General or his representative; 2. That the repair of the said machine shall be made in the presence of an agent of this Office; and 3. That the machine after having been repaired shall be relocked by you in the presence of the Auditor General or his representative to insure that the readings of the machine are the same as those when the machine was unlocked. casia (SGD.)
